Are you a project manager with a passion for creating real customer impact? Attensi is looking for a strong project manager to join our growing UK-team.

Attensi is the global leader in 3D gamified simulation training for large corporations. Using a unique blend of gamification and realism, combined with deep and varied interactivity that is powered by our game AI, we create a ‘learning by doing’ training environment, offering a radically new method to achieve realmeasurable behavioural change in large organisations. 

Attensi was established in Norway in 2012 and our training is now being used by global brands in more than 140 countries and in 30 different languages. We recently secured $26M investment from Lugard Road Capital, DX Ventures and Viking Venture and are now excited to be focusing on global expansion plans. We are now over 140 employees across Norway and the UK and continue to expand rapidly.  

Our London office currently consists of 36 game changers. Since opening here in 2017 we have started working with some of the largest retail, hospitality and professional services brands in the UK, US and other markets. Our portfolio includes clients such as Boston Consulting Group, Hiscox, PwC and others. 

Attensi's portfolio of clients continues to grow rapidly and we are now looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to support our UK-clients. You will become part of a dynamic and energetic team consisting of 16 other exceptional project managers, based across our Oslo and London-offices. 

Our Project Managers ensure that Attensi's customer projects are delivered on time, quality and scope. We work closely with game developers, designers, graphic artists, content writers, customer success and most importantly, the client, in order to ensure we deliver products and services that engage and excite!

Who are you?

Attensi is looking for people with a strong drive to create real value and change. You are a committed and dedicated professional who is motivated by the opportunity to be a key contributor in Attensi's further growth and development. 

  • You are structured and enjoy juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have strong experience of managing projects and it would be ideal if you have experience measuring the success of projects that you have completed.
  • You excel at hosting workshops and working closely with clients.
  • You are solution oriented, good at prioritising your work and have a strong ability to execute.
  • You enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams.
  • You have a solid interest in - and understanding of technology.
  • You are curious and quick to grasp new concepts and subject areas.
  • You might also have experience from areas such as consultancy work, or IT organisations.
  • You are fluent in English (oral and written). Additional languages are a plus as we grow internationally.

 What will you do?

As part of Attensi's project management team, you will:

  • Be responsible overall for the project end-to-end (from kick-off to delivery), measured on impact, quality, time and cost.
  • Be responsible for ensuring engagement and impact of solutions.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end project plan, following up internally, and with customers, that everything is going according to plan
  • Set up project steering committee with customers and ensure we have clear escalation points internally and externally.
  • Ensure the project is properly scoped and approved by the Attensi Customer Owner and ready to be designed and configured by content team (What to create? By when? For which end users?)
  • Follow up with the content team and help remove blockers (e.g., not getting hold of customers, not getting what is needed internally).
  • Coach the team and continuously give feedback during the project (e.g. workshops, presentation, training goals, etc).
  • Define and follow-up on the support team’s implementation of end user journey and IT set-up for your customers.
