As a Project Manager at Attensi, you’ll have a hands-on role in shaping the learning experiences we create. You’ll work closely with simulation designers, technical teams, and clients to turn ideas into engaging, high-impact training, combining creative input with confident project leadership from scoping through launch and adoption.
This role is ideal for a project manager who is already confident running end-to-end delivery and stakeholder engagements, and who is ready to stretch into more complex implementations, greater ownership, and increased executive exposure.
What will you do here?
Deliver a portfolio of customer projects across different products, industries, and levels of complexity.
Lead projects end-to-end, from kick-off through launch and enablement, coordinating internal delivery teams and customer stakeholders.
Own clear project scoping, alignment, and governance, ensuring expectations are set, approved, and managed across internal and external stakeholders.
Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and define clear escalation paths when plans deviate.
Run day-to-day delivery management, removing blockers and keeping teams aligned and moving forward in a fast-paced working environment.
Lead customer conversations with confidence, including exposure to senior stakeholders, adapting your style to diverse audiences.
Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for long-term success, playing a critical role in expanding Attensi’s position in the US and global markets.
Coordinate project implementation and technical setup in partnership with internal specialists and customer technical contacts.
Develop a strong understanding of how systems integrate and how technical decisions impact delivery.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve Attensi’s project management workflows and ways of working.
Over time, take on increased ownership, mentor newer team members, and grow into a senior project leadership role.
Who are we looking for?
Around 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, SaaS delivery, or implementation-focused roles.
Experience delivering implementation- or enablement-heavy projects, ideally in client-facing environments.
Comfortable leading customer discussions and workshops, with the ambition to grow into more senior stakeholder management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
Solid business acumen and an understanding of how project outcomes tie to customer value.
Technologically curious and digitally savvy, with a genuine interest in how systems work, integrate, and scale.
Comfortable asking questions, scoping technical needs, and collaborating with technical experts without needing deep IT expertise.
Curious and open-minded about emerging technologies, including AI, with an interest in exploring how they can enhance learning and delivery.
Creative, collaborative, and self-starting, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Motivated by growth and continuous learning—for yourself, your teammates, and the learners who engage with our training solutions.
Bonus if you’re multilingual—especially in Spanish.
What do we offer?
You’ll join a team of helpful, dedicated, and diverse colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds. The supportive and collaborative culture here is a key motivator for many of us, and a core part of what makes Attensi such a rewarding place to work.
