We are now looking for a Web Game Developer to help us build browser-based games and simulations used at scale across industries, countries, and languages.

This is not a typical web development role. We are looking for someone with strong instincts for interaction and game feel, and who cares deeply about flow, responsiveness, and polish. You enjoy building web experiences that are intuitive, reliable, and genuinely fun to use.

You will work closely with designers, artists, and developers to shape how our products look, feel, and perform in the browser.

What you will do

• Build gameplay, interaction systems, and user flows for browser-based games and simulations

• Create responsive, intuitive, and polished experiences that feel great to use

• Implement UI, feedback, pacing, animation, and transitions that make scenarios engaging

• Optimize performance and compatibility across browsers and devices

• Develop reusable components and tools that help teams move faster without sacrificing quality

• Contribute to technical direction, architecture, and frontend best practices

• Use modern tools and workflows to improve speed and quality

Who you are

You are a developer with a strong feel for interactive product experiences. You notice the details that make something feel smooth, responsive, and well made. You care about both user experience and implementation quality.

You might come from game development, creative web, interactive product development, or frontend engineering. What matters most is that you are comfortable building for the browser and enjoy working in a product environment where shipping and reliability matter.

We think you will bring much of this:

• Experience building interactive applications for the web

• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and browser constraints

• Strong skills in TypeScript and frontend development

• Experience with React or Svelte is a plus

• A good eye for polish, interaction quality, animation, and responsiveness

• A pragmatic and collaborative way of working

• Interest in building systems, components, and tools that scale across teams

Bonus points for experience with Tailwind CSS, Rust, Bevy, or game development.
