IT Support Assistant (Part-time)

Our clients include Circle K, BCG, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Equinor, and Novartis. Today, we’re a team of 240+ Game Changers across Europe and the US, with 120 of us based at our HQ in Oslo.
We are now looking for a part-time IT Support Assistant, perfect for a student who wants a hands-on IT role alongside their studies.
This is an entry-level position. What matters most is that you are genuinely interested in IT hardware and software, enjoy helping people, and want to learn.
You will be the go-to person for 1st Line Support at our Oslo office in Forskningsparken, helping colleagues with everyday IT questions and making sure things run smoothly in the office.
Your tasks will include:
Setting up laptops, monitors, and workstations
Supporting meeting rooms and video calls
Solving basic software and hardware issues
Reinstalling systems and applications when needed
Managing IT equipment and access
Explaining IT issues in a clear and friendly way
Who you are
You are the kind of person friends or family turn to when something does not work. You enjoy fixing everyday IT problems, setting things up, and explaining solutions in a simple and friendly way.
You are curious by nature and often like to try things out on your own to understand how they work.
We think you will do well in this role if you:
Enjoy helping people and have a service-minded attitude
Have a genuine, hands-on interest in IT, hardware, and software
Like setting things up, troubleshooting, and figuring things out
Communicate clearly with non-technical users
Are comfortable with Windows and basic IT topics like email, Wi-Fi, VPN, and MFA
Speak both Norwegian and English comfortably
Bonus points if you have:
Any experience with 1st Line Support
Familiarity with macOS
Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk
Experience troubleshooting Teams, Zoom, or Slack
