Your Mission as our Account Director
As an Account Director in our first US office in Boston, you’ll take the lead on expanding our relationships with some of Attensi’s highest-potential clients, turning strategic accounts into global success stories.
You’ll work alongside a world-class commercial team to unlock new growth, drive measurable results, and scale our biggest brands across new markets and industries.
As one of the founding members of the US Account Management team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to set the standard for those who follow, establishing best practices, culture, and commercial strategy that will define our local success for years to come.

Trond Aas - Co-Founder & CEO
Trond co-founded Attensi and leads the company as CEO, setting the pace for our global expansion and category-defining vision. A serial entrepreneur with a background in physics and behavioral science, he’s built companies at the intersection of tech, gaming, and SaaS — including nearly a decade as CEO of Funcom and a background from McKinsey. With deep product instinct and commercial firepower, Trond is the driving force behind Attensi’s rise as the global leader in simulation-based training.

Krister Kristiansen - COO & CCO
Krister is in charge of Attensi’s commercial engine, which includes sales, marketing, customer success and support. Krister joined the company in 2014 and has been instrumental in proving how gamified simulations drive real-life results for our clients. Before Attensi, Krister worked in BCG for 6 years. Krister is known for being energetic and passionate, and he is a significant contributor to our unique company culture.

Huw Newton-Hill - GM, US & MD, Customer, US
Huw has been at the forefront of building and scaling our global footprint, first helping to shape our UK team, then opening the US operations in 2022. Today, he oversees all post-sales functions in the US, from Account Management to Customer Simulation Design.
Huw's career spans top-tier roles at BCG and Goldman Sachs, where he honed his expertise in the professional and financial services industries. He brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on leadership, combined with a passion for empowering people to become the very best version of themselves.

Greg Hull - MD, Sales & Business Development, US
Greg is responsible for creating, developing and executing the commercial strategy for Attensi US, which includes team building, target setting, commercial training & marketing strategy. He was a founding member of the UK office and came to the US in 2022 to help Attensi break into a new market.
Before Attensi, Greg was a top sales performer at major organizations like SAP and CBS. He also co-founded a successful gin distillery and leverages that expertise to help retail and hospitality clients reimagine what’s possible and deliver game-changing customer experiences.

Tess Russell - Global Account Director
Tess is one of our top-performing global account directors, driving enterprise sales across North America and Europe and playing a key role in Attensi’s global growth. Since joining us, she has rapidly advanced her career, building on four years as a strategy consultant at North Highland. With deep expertise in C-suite engagement, Tess combines commercial rigor with bold strategic thinking to advise some of the world’s leading companies on empowering their workforce and implementing AI-driven training solutions at scale.
