Attensi is growing at rocket speed and with our additional funding we are now taking our commercial team to new heights. Do you want to join our journey?
We’re looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing commercial team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in Attensi, delivering a high-quality first interaction, proactively following up with unresponsive leads and helping convert that interest into meaningful, well-qualified sales conversations.
This role sits within our core Revenue Operations function — the beating heart of our commercial organisation — bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey. You’ll play a critical part in the early stages of the customer journey — understanding potential clients’ needs, assessing fit and commercial potential, and connecting them with the right people in our Business Development team.
This role offers the opportunity to build on your existing commercial experience in a high-growth SaaS business, developing deeper skills in qualification, pipeline generation, stakeholder engagement and customer communication, with potential pathways across multiple teams here at Attensi.
Your working day will typically consist of a variety of tasks related to following up on inbound leads and business opportunities for Attensi in the UK, Europe and the US.
If you are passionate about sales and enjoy turning early interest into meaningful business conversations, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with challenging and rewarding tasks, learn from experienced commercial leaders and become part of — and grow with — a dynamic and fun company in a phase of exponential growth!
What will you do?
Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events
Respond quickly and professionally with calls and emails to new enquiries, ensuring a seamless first experience with Attensi
Qualify leads by understanding their organisation, challenges, objectives, buying stage and potential fit
Book high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Directors
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, qualification notes and lead progression in CRM systems
Proactively nurture early-stage opportunities to keep prospects engaged and progress them through the funnel
Work closely with marketing to provide structured feedback on lead quality, campaign performance and conversion trends
Collaborate with the wider sales team to optimise conversion from inbound enquiry to qualified pipeline
Work with Revenue Operations to further improve our approach to lead management, qualification processes and adoption of advanced AI into workflows
Engage with inbound opportunities across global markets, including the US, which may require flexible working hours or shift patterns to support different time zones
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who is:
A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people and building rapport quickly
Comfortable and professional on the phone, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions
Naturally curious, with a genuine interest in understanding business challenges and identifying commercial fit
Service-oriented, with a focus on delivering a great customer experience from the first interaction
Organised and able to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups and priorities at different stages
Motivated to continue developing a career in sales, business development, or customer success
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proactive, commercially minded and confident taking ownership of lead follow-up and qualification quality
Experience
2–4 years’ experience in a customer-facing or commercial role, ideally within sales, SDR, business development, customer success or SaaS
Experience engaging with customers or clients in a professional setting
Experience qualifying leads, managing follow-up and working with CRM systems is a plus
Fluent English, written and spoken; other language capabilities are a plus
