We are now looking for motivated and talented people to join our established Business Development team. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Growth Manager to capture and qualify customers coming through inbound leads, explore potential opportunities, and ensure a seamless handover between marketing and sales. You will act as a key bridge between the two functions, receiving, following up, and nurturing incoming leads to uncover further potential.
As a Business Development Representative at Attensi, you will be part of a strong and energetic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain highly valuable experience within sales and business development, develop your communication skills, and build strong business relationships. You will work with experienced colleagues, gain insight into multiple industries, and acquire skills and exposure that will benefit your future career.
Your day will involve qualifying inbound enquiries, nurturing prospects, and identifying business opportunities for Attensi across the UK, Europe, and the US. You will work with a variety of sectors and gain hands-on experience with forward-leaning commercial processes in a fast-paced, cutting-edge tech company.

What will you do?
Work closely with our Business Growth Manager to capture inbound leads, assess their needs, and identify further potential.
Serve as a key link between marketing and sales to receive, follow up and nurture incoming leads.
Support the Business Development team in driving sales activities and moving opportunities forward.
Support Business Development Directors in executing go-to-market strategies.
Build and execute engaging lead generation activities – refining messaging, delivering qualified leads.
Nurture existing prospects within the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm, engaged, and progress to a qualified lead.
Collaborate with our marketing team to increase the success of our digital marketing (inbound) campaigns.
Support the Business Development team with sales-related activities such as events, conferences, and other initiatives.
Who are you?

You are a strong communicator, enjoy interacting with other people and build relationships easily. You thrive in a high-paced and dynamic environment, work well with others and love a good challenge.
You have a bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification.
You have excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, other language capabilities are a bonus.
You are naturally solution oriented and driven to succeed.
You are inquisitive and not afraid to challenge established truths.
You have a good understanding of business and are comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
Previous work experience with customer service, sales or similar is great, but not a requirement. As long as you bring the motivation, agility and willingness to learn, we can help you develop the skills.
