Account Director - Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare
Attensi is the global leader in 3D gamified simulation training for large corporations. Attensi was established in Norway in 2012 and our training is now being used by global brands in more than 140 countries and in 30 different languages. We recently secured $26M investment from Lugard Road Capital, DX Ventures and Viking Venture and are now excited to be focussing on global expansion plans. We are now over 250 employees across Norway, the US and the UK and continue to expand rapidly.
Are you ready to join our journey to re-define training within the Pharmaceutical industry?
To support and expand on our existing international growth, we are currently seeking an energetic and strategic Account Director for the Pharmaceutical industry. This is considered a key role in our growth within one of our key segments, and this person will own and drive relationships with key accounts within this segment, mainly Big Pharma customers. You will work closely together with the Sector lead to establish an even stronger footprint for Attensi around the globe.
This is a key role for us as we have seen strategic accounts driving significant growth for the business with much more potential to capture. Success in this role will largely depend on the ability to manage consultative advisory and sales processes to get in front of and perform in meetings with global decision makers. Focus will be on the global market (Europe, US and Asia).
This role will be based at our London office or our HQ in Oslo. What will you do?
The very first thing you will do once you join us, is to get to know and love our products, values, people, and way of operating. We want you to get under the skin of our business and truly understand the value we provide our customers, so that you can approach your role with genuine excitement and confidence.
Beyond that, your role will largely revolve around activities such as:
- Working closely with the sector lead to drive growth and impact for large key accounts within the Pharmaceutical vertical
- Partnering with our clients to understand and solve some of their hardest organisational challenges which can be addressed through behaviour change and capability building.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, and actively working to grow Attensi’s engagement with those companies through value-based and consultative conversations at senior levels.
- Mapping organisational challenges, training and development needs and co-developing solutions and proposals together with current and prospective customers
- Help drive knowledge about Attensi in the pharmaceutical space through attending industry events and exhibitions, hosting webinars etc.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone smart, analytical, commercial, and empathetic, comfortable taking an insight-driven approach to developing relationships and delivering value for customers and for Attensi.
You have a commercial inclination are an excellent communicator and develop strong and authentic relationships with ease. You are passionate, curious, love learning – and learn fast. You bring energy and engagement to work, and thrive when spending your days in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with other people.
We are particularly excited by people who bring experience from operating in the Pharmaceutical industry, who can empathize with our prospects’ learning goals and who can credibly and comfortably craft bespoke and tailored value propositions to meet their needs.
The right person for our team will have:
- A background from a commercial role within Pharmaceutical industry
- 4 - 6 years of Pharmaceutical experience – preferably in a global function
- Strong track record of working with and developing relationships with CxO’s and Directors of large corporations
- Bachelor or master’s degree.
