👋 We are Attensi, a global company founded in Norway specialized in gamified simulation training. Since our inception in 2012, Attensi has grown to become a global leader in the field, with training solutions used by global brands in more than 140 countries and in 50 different languages.
We work with some of the largest professional services, consulting, hospitality, leisure retail, and pharmaceutical brands in the world including Circle K, Starbucks, BSH, Delivery Hero, Costa Coffee, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Boehringer Ingelheim, etc. Attensi is growing at an exponential pace and having recently secured $26M investment from Lugard Road Capital, DX Ventures and Viking Venture, we are now focused on growing our business in new markets.
Attensi’s team now consists of more than 230 Game Changers across our HQ in Oslo, Norway and London and we have started building our team in Boston, with almost 20 people on the ground already. Here, we plan to establish a large team and a strong presence – SUPERFAST!
As an integral part of our journey to establish and scale our US-presence we are now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for our team in Boston.

Enterprise Account Executive, Pharmaceutical Industry
To support and expand on our existing international growth, we are currently seeking an energetic, strategic and highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive for the Pharmaceutical industry. This is considered a key role in our growth within one of our key segments, and this person will own and drive new sales with key stakeholders within this segment, mainly Big pharma customers. You will work closely together with the Sector lead as well as the rest of the Attensi pharma team to establish an even stronger footprint for Attensi in the US and around the globe.
We are looking for someone smart, analytical, commercial, empathetic and driven, comfortable taking an insight-driven approach to generating leads, converting them to meetings and communicating Attensi’s unique value proposition in order to land and develop new client relationships. Attensi’s products tend to delight both existing and prospective customers easily and when we get to have conversations with the right prospects, we have enviably high closing rates. However, our sales processes can be complex and driven forward through close collaboration with the customer to ensure the solutions we arrive at are value driven and address their specific needs and pain points.

We are particularly excited by people who bring experience from operating in the pharmaceutical industry, who can empathize with our prospects’ learning goals and who can credibly and comfortably craft bespoke and tailored value propositions to meet their needs. 
Attensi primarily work with medium and large companies (typically ranging between 1,000 – 100,000 employees). Success in this role will largely depend on the ability to identify the right prospective clients, initiate conversations with them and conduct meetings with CxO’s/VP’s and director-level prospects. The role will be based in Boston US and focus on the US market, but international work will likely form part of the job as we pursue world domination.
You will have:
- A background from a commercial role within the pharmaceutical industry
- 4 - 6 years of pharmaceutical experience – preferably in a global function
- Previous success with business development and establishing relationships with CxO’s/VP’s and Directors of large corporations
- Bachelor or master’s degree

What will you do here?
The very first thing you will do once you join us, is to get to know and love our products, values, people and way of operating. We want you to get under the skin of our business and truly understand the value we provide our customers, so that you can approach your role with genuine excitement and confidence.
Beyond that, your role will largely revolve around activities such as:
- Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, leveraging the defined and proven playbook for ‘Attensi way of Selling’
- Mapping and specifying organizational and operational challenges, as well as training and development needs in a collaborative and authoritative way with customers.
- Generate leads and help drive knowledge about Attensi in the pharma space through attending industry events, exhibitions, hosting webinars etc.
- Working closely with Pharma Account Director and Customer Success teams to support their introduction to the customers, giving full handover notes and setting the account up for future success
- Work closely with the broader Attensi pharma team and overall organization to develop best practices and grow the pharma sector as well as the organization
