👋 Attensi is a Norwegian company specialized in gamified simulation training. Since our inception in 2012, Attensi has grown to become a global leader in the field, with training solutions used by global brands in more than 140 countries and in 30 different languages.
We work with some of the largest professional services, consulting, hospitality, leisure retail, and pharmaceutical brands in the world including Circle K, Starbucks, BSH, Delivery Hero, Costa Coffee, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Novartis etc. Attensi is growing at an exponential pace and having recently secured $26M investment from Lugard Road Capital, DX Ventures and Viking Venture, we are now focused on growing our business in new markets.
Attensi’s team now consists of more than 200 Game Changers across our HQ in Oslo, Norway and London and we have started building our team in Boston, with almost 10 people on the ground already. Here, we plan to establish a large team and a strong presence – SUPERFAST!
As an integral part of our journey to establish and scale our US-presence we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager for our team in Boston.
Customer Success Manager, Professional and Financial Services
As part of delivering on our international growth, we are now seeking a driven Customer Success Manager, focused on strengthening our customer orientation. Working closely with the Professional and Financial Services sector team, this person will develop and grow relationships with our new and existing clients to ensure they are getting the maximum value from utilizing our products.
This is a key role for us and newly established within the Attensi US team, there is ample opportunity to influence the shape of the role. As a company we also believe in empowering people to grow and develop and have a strong track-record of giving people further opportunities as we grow.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will build trusted relationships with clients as you delve deep to understand their key challenges, and how we can implement Attensi’s product suite to maximize impact and fun!
Looking after a portfolio of customers you will work to continuously maintain and further develop these relationships. You will work to ensure successful implementation and follow-up of Attensi's projects while helping to communicate the value to their business. You will also identify new opportunities for our solutions within your customers, and will work closely with project managers, sales and product teams, to bring these from idea to realized projects.

What will you do here?

Your role will entail:
Working closely with the sector teams, to enable and ensure the happiness and success of new and existing Attensi customers
Developing strong relationships with our customers to understand them and how Attensi’s products can aid in solving some of their hardest organizational challenges
Building relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, and actively helping them to implement and use Attensi’s products in the best way
Mapping organizational challenges, training and development needs and co-developing solutions and proposals together with current customers
Measuring and communicating impact, value, and success with the support of our data and analytics team.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with drive, courage, and motivation to create real value and change. You have an analytical approach and often see opportunities where others see limitations. You have a solid business understanding and are best when you can work with operational and strategic issues.
We are looking for someone smart, analytical, and empathetic, comfortable taking an insight-driven approach to developing relationships and delivering value for customers and for Attensi.
You are passionate, curious, love learning – and learn fast. You bring energy and engagement to work, and thrive when spending your days in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with other people.
The right person for our team will have:
3-5 years’ experience from customer-oriented work, preferably in a project management capacity or similar
Experience working with customers in the technical products and/or professional/financial services space
Previous experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex and large corporations
Experience working with data visualization, storytelling and insight to influence customer performance
