As Attensi continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Lead Engineer that can help us take our data visualisation platform to the next level.

We deliver a great gamified learning platform, with many engaging and educational solutions. Since Attensi was born, one of our key pillars has been to make training that create behavioural change. The IMPACT team is a key enabler of this vision. We believe a core component of great learning is being able to measure progression! For this reason, we want to build upon and expand our existing analytics and visualization tools, and make them even greater! Attensi IMPACT will focus on delivering high quality data analytics and visualisation tools.

What will you do? 
As a lead developer at Attensi you will be a key part of our development team, working closely with other developers at each end of the stack, as well as designers and data engineers. You will work on high level architecture design, along side stakeholders and other team leads, as well as delivering high quality code to production.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Taking part in building new services from the ground up, and taking lead in the technical decisions along the way
• Develop, test and deliver products, in a multidisciplinary team, focusing on data visualisation and analytics
• Taking a key role in technical discussions and decisions
• Contribute to keeping our work process under constant development, as we adjust to our needs and the company growth
• Use your experience to establish best practices

• Experienced developer, with a comprehensive understanding of web application development
• Enjoy being hands-on and are eager to share your experience and knowledge.

Experience with the following is a plus

• Previous experience working in a SaaS company
• Previous experience with working with data analytics and visualization

• Previous experience with some technologies in our stack
