Attensi was established in Norway in 2012, and we now have offices in London and are expanding to the US. Our training simulations is today being used by global brands in more than 140 countries and in 30 different languages. We are now almost 150 employees in Attensi, and thanks to our success and growth we are now looking for a new IT Support Technician to join our exciting journey! 




Are you a solution-oriented IT professional with strong knowledge of Windows 10? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

As our new IT support technician you will be part of our internal IT support team. Your role will be to serve colleagues in Attensi and be the go-to-person for all IT related issues. Your technical knowledge in the field of IT/IKT and strong service mindset will be your key asset to deliver value to the organisation. You are motivated to solve complex hardware and software issues and you have the ability to explain technical information in a simple way.

What you will be doing: 

You will be troubleshooting and solving both software and hardware related issues for colleagues in Attensi, as well as assisting in creating, maintaining, and updating knowledge base articles for internal use. You will also work closely with our Customer & Production Support team and serve as their 2nd line of support on more complex software issues. In addition, you will be working closely with our Head of IT on activities such as scripting and automation, global network infrastructure, security and other exciting internal projects.


In more detail, you will:

  • Be a go-to person in the organisation to troubleshoot IT related issues, identify root cause and resolve the issue
  • Provide 2nd line support to our Customer & Production Support team on complex software related issues
  • Configure hardware for new hires and administrate hardware for colleagues
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows 10, Office 365 and other business applications
  • Provide on-site support to colleagues on video conferencing software and equipment
  • Assist where needed with daily IT operations and provide general administrative support related to IT governance and compliance
  • Provide technical assistance and expertise in support of security programs, product development and projects


  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree within IT/IKT or similar, relevant working experience can compensate for a lack of formal degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience with IT support or similar
  • A strong service mindset, motivated to help others and have the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy way to others
  • Knowledge and understanding of support related issues for Windows 10 and Office 365 (Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, core OS functionality, etc.)
  • Working experience and knowledge with windows client infrastructure and identity management (Active Directory and Azure Directory)
  • Basic knowledge about cyber security and office networking (LAN/WLAN/WAN, TCP/IP, client VPN, Routing, Firewalls and Switching)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
